I really appreciated the fantastic location of this hotel, just a short walk from major museums and various restaurants. The staff were wonderfully accommodating and made my stay special. However, the shower in my room was quite cramped, and there was some noise from the hallway that affected my sleep. Additionally, while the breakfast was decent, it was on the pricier side.

7.0/10
The hotel is ideally situated near major attractions like the Rijksmuseum, making it perfect for tourists. The check-in process was seamless and staff were amenable to specific requests. However, the room had an unpleasant smell and was quite cramped, making it less than ideal for comfort. Although the dining options lacked variety, the location compensates for some of these shortcomings.
Rooms
5.0
The room was very small, dark, and had an unpleasant smell. The lack of sufficient plugs next to the bed and visible marks on the walls made it less appealing.
Service
7.0
Service was generally acceptable, with a smooth check-in experience and staff being responsive to my needs.
Location

Perfectly located, just a short stroll away from the Rijksmuseum and other significant attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
Dining

While the hotel is ideally located near major museums and eateries, my experience was marred by room allocation issues and a generally chaotic check-in process. The facilities felt worn down, and the noise from the street was quite disruptive. On the bright side, the staff's willingness to assist and the clean common areas were definitely highlights of my stay.
Rooms

The room was quite small and unfortunately, it felt outdated. I was disappointed with the overall space and condition, which didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel has a wonderful location near several key attractions, making it very convenient for tourists. While the service from staff was polite and supportive, the rooms left much to be desired due to their tight space and inattention to cleanliness. The breakfast options were decent, but overall, it was not a great value considering the condition of the facilities.
Rooms

While the staff was polite and did their best under the circumstances, they seemed overwhelmed and unavailable much of the time, which affected the overall service experience.
Location

The location was superb, just a short walk to major attractions like the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, which made exploring the area so easy.
Dining

Breakfast had a decent selection but the self-service coffee situation created long lines and stress during busy mornings. More options could have improved the experience significantly.
Facilities

The facilities seemed quite run down, with some areas like the carpets appearing bare and in need of maintenance, which detracted from the overall experience.

The service staff were friendly and accommodating, but I encountered some significant issues with the room quality and the overall maintenance. Although breakfast options were decent, the dining experience could use improvement. The hotel had potential but fell short in terms of value for money given the problems I faced.
